Capturing and processing data

I already have a framework in place where automation can be executed and Fiddler logs are captured. It seems like Watcher analyzes data after the Fiddler information is captured. Would I be able to take any Fiddler log (.saz file) on a machine with only Fiddler installed, move it to a machine with Watcher installed to analyze the data? Would there be certain exploits that will be missed with this approach? In order words, do I have to have Watcher installed on the same machine while scenarios are being executed to see all the potential (Watcher's detectable) exploits?
